Gurdjieff Library

Gurdjieff Library is a private project with the aim of collecting, maintaining and preserving a comprehensive collection of written and other material about the life, work and teaching of George Ivanovitch Gurdjieff. The collections are maintained by Karatas Society (Karatas-Seura ry, registered association). The major proportion of the collection came originally from "Metanoia Library". The collecting of books had begun in 1976.

The collections and archives consist of books, publications, research papers, articles and documents in different languages, as well as films, music and other related material.

Gurdjieff Library gratefully accepts donations, especially of books, documents and other information resources (in any language), which complement its collections.

The Library and Archive is located in Turku, Finland.
